Hunting

The rugged terrain surrounding Graham is a patchwork of dense woods, cultivated fields and creeks that provide habitat for a prosperous wildlife population. The area offers outstanding deer, wild hog, varmint, turkey and dove hunting.

The Graham Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual dove hunt the first weekend after opening day. Contact the Chamber for more information at 940-549-3355.

Fishing

Just a few miles north of the city are Lakes Eddleman and Graham, and are well-known as some of the best fishing in North Texas.   The lakes are joined by a small equalization channel and together are more than 2,600 acres.  Well-stocked with a prosperous fish population, the lakes have an ideal habitat for crappie, catfish and multiple species of bass.
